Usage allowances and rates
Your organization shares its included usage across first-party apps. Humans and agents use the same allowances. Additional usage is billed monthly, separately from annual human seats.
Usage pricing is unavailable. Checkout cannot authorize additional usage charges until the rates are published.
Paid AI and integrations
Built-in AI, dedicated AI usage and paid integrations each have their own published rate. Cost-plus charges use reconciled supplier cost above that category's allowance. An estimate is shown before paid work; the final charge can differ with actual consumption. Customer-owned provider keys are billed directly by that provider, without a duplicate Topolo provider charge.
Know what creates a charge
After the trial, usage above a published allowance is charged automatically at the rate accepted at checkout. You pay for the excess units consumed, not a whole block because you crossed its boundary. Trial usage stops at its included limits.
AI and your own provider keys
Topolo-paid AI is metered separately using the published AI units and rates. With your own provider key, that provider charges you directly; Topolo does not charge that model cost again. Platform operations and storage still count toward your allowances.
Monitor and control spending
Review consumption and charges in organization billing. Authorized billing administrators manage spending alerts and limits. An alert warns you; a hard limit stops additional chargeable work. Creating an agent, key or workspace never adds an allowance.
